Anodizing Line Overhead Crane

Anodizing line overhead cranes are specially designed cranes used in anodizing and electroplating production lines to automate the lifting and transferring of aluminum profiles or parts through a series of tanks for pre-treatment, anodizing, coloring, and sealing. These cranes are a core component of modern surface treatment systems, ensuring high-precision movement, consistent processing times, and improved production efficiency.

Unlike conventional cranes, anodizing line cranes operate with programmable logic control (PLC) and automated positioning systems to perform synchronized multi-station operations. They are designed to handle high humidity, chemical exposure, and non-stop cycles in harsh chemical environments.
