Moveable JIB Crane

The moveable jib crane is a versatile and flexible lifting solution designed to optimize workflows in tight spaces. With its mobile design, it is perfect for environments requiring frequent relocation, such as warehouses, workshops, and maintenance areas. Whether you need to lift heavy materials or position equipment in hard-to-reach spaces, the moveable jib crane offers unmatched maneuverability and ease of use.

This crane is engineered to provide both efficiency and safety, allowing for quick setup and adjustments without compromising on performance. Featuring high-quality materials and customizable configurations, the moveable jib crane is a cost-effective solution for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

Types of JIB Cranes

Wall-Mounted JIB Crane
This crane is attached directly to a wall or structural column, making it a space-saving solution. It offers a rotation range of up to 180°, making it ideal for areas where floor space is limited.

Pillar-Mounted JIB Crane
A freestanding design installed directly onto the floor, allowing for a full 360° rotation. This crane type provides flexibility and is often used in locations requiring wide operational range.

Column-Mounted JIB Crane
This crane is mounted on existing columns, typically found in factories and industrial settings. It offers efficient lifting capabilities while utilizing available structural supports.

Articulating JIB Crane
Equipped with two rotating arms, this crane provides extended reach and precise control, perfect for applications requiring detailed handling and lifting in confined or difficult-to-reach spaces.

Main Components

  • Jib Arm (Boom):
The primary horizontal component that carries the hoist and moves the load horizontally along the crane.

  • Mounting Base or Bracket:
The structural base that supports the jib crane, which can be mounted on the floor, wall, or column, providing flexibility for installation.

  • Rotational Mechanism:
A system that allows the jib to rotate, either manually or through a motorized mechanism, providing ease of movement and adjustment.

  • Electric Hoist:
The lifting mechanism used for vertical movement, typically powered by electricity. It can either be a chain hoist or wire rope hoist depending on the application.

  • Trolley:
The component that moves the hoist horizontally along the jib arm, ensuring smooth operation during load positioning.

  • Control System:
A user-friendly system for operating the crane, available in pendant control (attached to the crane) or wireless remote control, offering flexibility and convenience.

  • Power Supply:
The electrical system powering the crane, generally using a flat cable system to ensure safe and efficient power delivery.
